About Electric Toast: we're a Budapest brunch bar built on two obsessions — sourdough toast and record culture. Every plate starts with slow-fermented sourdough, toasted to order and topped with honest, seasonal ingredients. Every cup starts with specialty-grade coffee, pulled properly, alongside a dedicated matcha and tea program. And every visit plays out on vinyl — a rotating crate of records chosen the way we choose toppings, with care and a point of view. It's a small room in District VI, a short walk from the Opera and Andrássy Avenue, built for people who want their morning slow, their toast honest and their soundtrack analog.
