The concept of Electric Toast grew out of two simple, complementary passions: the tactile, immersive nature of analog vinyl records and the warm, comforting ritual of a slow morning meal. In a fast-paced city, we created a space designed for mindful pause.
Instead of digital playlists, our turntables spin continuous vinyl records throughout the day. From classic soul and warm jazz to understated disco and ambient electronic grooves, the music shapes the warm, relaxed atmosphere of our space without overwhelming your morning conversation.

Craft Sourdough Toasts, Specialty Coffee & Matcha
Just like our music collection, our menu is curated with precision and care. We serve artisan sourdough toasts (such as four-cheese, garlic-roasted mushroom, spicy sausage scramble, and ham toast), sweet apple pancakes, and French toast.
Our beverage program backs up the vinyl experience with high-grade espresso coffee, batch brews, ceremonial Japanese matcha lattes, and fine teas from Zhao Zhou.
